Prada Frames returns for its fourth edition with In Transit, a symposium curated by Formafantasma, running from April 6th to 8th, 2025, alongside Milan’s Salone del Mobile. This year’s event explores infrastructure as a fluid system that facilitates, controls, and influences movement—whether of people, goods, data, or power.
Discussions will unfold in two remarkable locations: the historic Padiglione Reale at Milan’s Central Station and aboard the newly restored Arlecchino train, originally designed in the 1950s by Gio Ponti and Giulio Minoletti. These spaces reflect the symposium’s focus on mobility and societal structures. The lineup includes thinkers and creatives such as Giacomo Abbruzzese, Paola Antonelli, Hito Steyerl, and Metahaven, with Alice Rawsthorn providing context and Natalia Grabowska moderating.
Prada Frames prioritizes intellectual inquiry over commercial display, fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue at the intersection of design, culture, and society. By embracing complexity rather than simplifying it, the symposium continues its mission of rethinking contemporary issues through a diverse range of perspectives.
