The LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers has revealed the eight finalists of its 12th edition, following the semi-final showcase held on March 5th–6th. Set to conclude on September 3rd at the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris, the prize offers substantial mentorship and financial support to promising talents. This year’s shortlist reflects a bold, global vision for fashion’s future, chosen from over 2,300 applicants. Among the finalists are ALAINPAUL (France), ALL-IN (USA/Norway), Francesco Murano (Italy), Soshiotsuki (Japan), Steve O Smith (UK), Tolu Coker (UK), Torishéju (UK), and Zomer (Netherlands). Their work spans womenswear, menswear, and genderless design, blending storytelling with innovation, sustainability, and strong artisanal roots. As Delphine Arnault noted, the finalists impressed with their precision in construction, creative depth, and technical rigor. This year, in addition to the LVMH Prize and the Karl Lagerfeld Prize, a new Savoir-Faire Award will spotlight craftsmanship and sustainable innovation.
