Moncler reaffirms its unique footwear identity by creating a symbiosis of luxury and utilitarian functionality in its Autumn/Winter 2023 collection. The brand, with all its energy and values, collaborated with new partners in technology, design, and culture to co-create an innovative collection for the outdoors and the megalopolis.
Moncler’s new collection features elevated design, premium materials, and world-class craftsmanship. Moncler created the Trailgrid 3D prototype in collaboration with Zellerfield, a company that offers fully recycled 3D-printed shoes on demand, reducing overproduction and its negative impact on the environment. Made from thermoplastic mono-material, this model represents a new perspective on the future of manufacturing.
Another interesting partner for the new collection is Salene Bembery, an American footwear designer who brings his unique signature “gain” thumbprint quilting to a new frequency in organic green, orange, and pastel taupe hues. The Trailgrid’s “grain” is designed for the brand’s new generation of explorers and nature enthusiasts. The new Autumn/Winter 2023 collection also includes a variety of silhouettes, such as the Gaia Pocet winter boot and Trailgrid GTX sneaker, which juxtapose their utilitarian nature with a rainbow of uber-saturated colorways.
