Cadillac has unveiled its new SOLLEI concept vehicle, a luxury electric convertible. This innovative model exemplifies Cadillac’s forward-thinking design and commitment to sustainability. In particular, SOLLEI incorporates a breakthrough bio-based mycelium material developed in partnership with MycoWorks.

The Fine Mycelium™ material is derived from the root structure of mushrooms. This environmentally friendly material is part of Cadillac’s mission to pioneer renewable automotive resources. MycoWorks worked closely with Cadillac to integrate this material, emphasising its importance in promoting sustainability in the automotive industry.

Cadillac’s use of Fine Mycelium™ marks a significant step towards environmentally conscious luxury and demonstrates the brand’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
