David Lynch and Chrystabell are releasing a new album called Cellophane Memories on August 2nd, a haunting and strange collaboration reminiscent of their work on Twin Peaks: The Return. The first single Sublime Eternal Love, accompanied by a Lynchian music video, was released today.
The video shows three flickering Chrystabells harmonising with distorted lyrics. Lynch and Chrystabell have a long history of collaboration, starting with the soundtrack to Lynch’s film Inland Empire.
