Redefining watchmaking

During Miami Art Week, Hublot and British designer Samuel Ross unveiled the Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A, marking the latest chapter in their innovative partnership. This collaboration highlights Ross’s distinctive design philosophy while embodying Hublot’s renowned Art of Fusion ethos. Limited to only 50 pieces, the watch is a striking blend of advanced craftsmanship and bold artistic vision.

The Big Bang Tourbillon Carbon SR_A features a 44mm frosted grey carbon fiber case, offering both enhanced durability and a sleek, modern aesthetic. This lightweight material replaces the rubber components of previous models, reflecting Ross’s keen focus on texture and practicality. The design also incorporates honeycomb patterns inspired by natural forms, a hallmark of Ross’s architectural approach to design.

Hublot’s relationship with Samuel Ross began in 2019 when he was awarded the Hublot Design Prize. Since then, their collaboration has evolved into a seamless fusion of Ross’s avant-garde style and Hublot’s expertise in technical innovation. This new timepiece further explores their shared passion for industrial artistry and boundary-pushing design.
