Saint Laurent is expanding its creative universe once again, this time with an intimate culinary destination. On February 21st, the brand will open Sushi Park Paris, the first permanent location of Chef Peter Park’s renowned Los Angeles omakase restaurant outside the U.S. The restaurant will be housed in the basement of the newly renovated Saint Laurent Rive Droite boutique on rue du 29 Juillet, just steps from Place Vendôme.
A longtime favorite of Anthony Vaccarello, Sushi Park is celebrated for its minimalist yet masterful approach to seasonal Japanese cuisine. The Paris location promises an elevated omakase experience, featuring premium seafood selections and refined cocktails, served on tableware designed exclusively by ceramist Professor Kim.
To mark the collaboration, Saint Laurent released a short film directed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti, featuring house ambassadors such as Lourdes Leon and Dominic Sessa. The moody visuals offer a glimpse into the restaurant’s sculptural interiors, designed to complement the Maison’s aesthetic.
This partnership continues Saint Laurent’s move beyond fashion into curated cultural experiences. Following the launch of the brand’s Babylone bookstore and its film production house, the addition of Sushi Park Paris reinforces Vaccarello’s vision of Saint Laurent as a tastemaker in multiple disciplines.
As luxury brands redefine the shopping experience, Saint Laurent joins the likes of Gucci and Jacquemus in blending high fashion with gastronomy. Sushi Park Paris will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, with reservations available online, by phone, or via email.
