TANT D’AVENIR unveils futuristic collection at Dover Street Market Paris

To mark the debut of its latest collection, 2041, fashion label TANT D’AVENIR hosted an exclusive event at Dover Street Market Paris, transforming the Rose Bakery space into an immersive artistic experience that bridged memory, imagination, and design.

A vision of the future, rooted in Craft

The new collection, 2041, takes its title from the alphabetical numerals of the brand’s name (T = 20, D = 4, A = 1), projecting a symbolic glance into the future. At its core, the collection explores speculative futures and societal shifts, blending avant-garde thinking with the time-honored savoir-faire of French craftsmanship. Each piece invites viewers to reflect not only on what lies ahead but also on the enduring value of artisanal creation in an age of acceleration.

Sculptural emotion: installation by Andy Picci

To bring the vision to life, artist Andy Picci created a sculptural installation that served as a physical and emotional echo of the collection’s themes. Inspired by his personal concept of “me-mories,” the work invited visitors into a layered environment where the fragility of memory and the imprint of presence shaped the spatial experience. A curated soundscape by Olympe 4000 further deepened the mood, adding a sensory layer to the journey through time and possibility.

A moment of collaboration and reflection

Alongside the main presentation, the event unveiled four exclusive pieces developed in collaboration with Samia Giobellina, MAITREPIERRE, and Amaury Darras, adding new creative voices to the conversation around speculative design. United by a common curiosity for the future and a reverence for craft, these works contributed to a multifaceted narrative that celebrated both innovation and intimacy.

Step into the world of Quentin Pontonnier, founder of TANT D’AVENIR, whose jewellery blends Parisian roots with sculptural imagination. In our conversation, he opens up about his creative rituals, favourite materials, and what it means to design for the future.
