Known for its previous projects such as The LINE, NEOM introduces this high-end tourist destination as part of its ongoing efforts to shape the region with its state-of-the-art mega-cities. Mixing residential and hotel offerings, this announcement represents another step in the Group’s mission to redefine hospitality and architectural standards in Saudi Arabia. Located on the shores of the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon will rise from the expansive NEOM desert, designed to create the impression of a shimmering mirage on the horizon. It will consist of two modern towers, one at 225m and the other rising to 275m. It will include a luxury hotel with 41 rooms and 14 suites and apartments, all adjacent to the Epicon Resort with a further 120 rooms and 45 residential villas on the beach.
