Estée Lauder has announced the launch of The Catalysts, a new programme designed to support emerging beauty entrepreneurs. Offering mentorship, funding and project support, new and existing brand founders and creative storytellers are invited to apply.
A panel will make selections of experts including Michèle Lamy, Drew Elliott and Hung Vanngo. Estée Lauder’s New Incubation Ventures, the initiative’s creator, believes The Catalysts will foster new definitions of beauty and luxury. Shana Randhava, Senior Vice President of NIV, emphasised the importance of building supportive ecosystems for emerging brands.
TikTok is partnering with The Catalysts to deliver masterclasses on brand strategy, community building and product development. TikTok’s Vanessa Craft highlighted the platform’s role in discovering and nurturing talent. Experienced brand founders will teach the masterclasses and will start this Friday on The Catalysts’ TikTok channel.
Applications are open until 4th August 2024. The programme aims to activate and inspire communities by encouraging diverse and innovative ideas. Find out more about The Catalysts on their website.
