Collective Joy – Learning Flamboyance!

Collective Joy – Learning Flamboyance! opens at Palais de Tokyo from today to May 11th, 2025, exploring the dynamics of togetherness and the transformative power of shared experiences. The exhibition gathers French and international artists whose works reflect the ways people occupy public space—whether through celebration, activism, or creative expression.

Designed as an interactive space, it invites visitors to engage with participatory works and an open mic program that fosters dialogue and artistic exchange. Among the highlights, one installation turns communal rituals into immersive environments, while another reimagines public gatherings as acts of resistance and joy. By blending collaborative practices with themes of cultural rights and social justice, the show creates a platform for collective learning and spontaneous expression. Collective Joy – Learning Flamboyance! ultimately challenges traditional exhibition formats, transforming Palais de Tokyo into a vibrant, living space of connection and celebration.
