Philéo Landowski curates an immersive EVO SL Drop at DSM Paris

Adidas and Phileo have teamed up for an exclusive drop of the EVO SL sneaker, unveiled with a site-specific installation at Dover Street Market Paris from April 9th–13th. Curated by emerging designer Philéo Landowski, the project introduces a refined take on the Adizero silhouette, merging performance technology with sleek, racing-inspired aesthetics.

To mark the release, Lebanese artist Pascal Hachem was invited to create Ballonné, an installation that reimagines the store’s central staircase. The work explores themes of displacement and transformation, echoing the creative values behind Phileo’s approach to footwear design. According to the collaborators, Ballonné invites visitors to reflect on the relationship between form, function, and space through a dialogue between art and movement. Landowski, known for blending fashion, design, and biomechanics, emphasizes the sculptural nature of footwear and its role in shaping spatial experience.

This is not his first project at DSM Paris—earlier in 2024, he collaborated with Adidas on a presentation of Tadashi Kawamata’s work. In our interview, Philéo Landowski opens up about curating raw materials, reimagining urban spaces, and the artistic freedom behind his collaborations.
