Sarah Andelman presents her personal archive of fashion collaborations at JOOPITER

Sarah Andelman, co-founder of the iconic Paris concept store Colette and founder of Just an Idea, continues to redefine the intersection of culture and style. Known for her instinct to champion the unexpected, she now appears on JOOPITER by Pharrell Williams with a collection that reflects her lifelong passion for fashion collaboration and cultural storytelling.

JOOPITER by Pharrell Williams: a creative dialogue

Created by Pharrell Williams, JOOPITER is a digital marketplace dedicated to celebrating objects that carry cultural weight. Andelman’s partnership with the platform extends this vision, curating a selection of personal items that bridge nostalgia, design, and innovation. Proceeds from the sale directly support global organizations including UNICEF, Médecins Sans Frontières, Oceana, Black Ambition, and Bibliothèques Sans Frontières—underscoring the collaboration’s commitment to purpose as well as style.

Fashion collaboration as living archive

The drop showcases rare and meaningful pieces from Andelman’s collection. Highlights include the Adidas x Sean Wotherspoon x Hot Wheels racing jacket, a cobalt-blue statement piece that reimagines retro car culture through the lens of eco-conscious streetwear. Its playful mix of logos and patches embodies Andelman’s eye for collaborations that balance nostalgia with contemporary relevance.

Equally striking is the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “colette”, produced in an ultra-limited run to mark the closing of her legendary Paris store in 2017. With details like “Bonjour” and “Au Revoir” printed on its transparent soles, the sneaker acts as a poetic farewell to a cultural era, while symbolizing Andelman’s impact on global fashion.

The collection also revisits her long-standing creative relationship with Pharrell. The adidas Consortium Stan Smith Friends & Family edition celebrates their 2014 collaboration, decorated with whimsical embroidery and portraits of both Andelman and Williams. This rare pair highlights how their partnership has continually blurred the lines between fashion, art, and street culture.

Through this appearance on JOOPITER, Sarah Andelman proves once again that fashion collaboration can be more than commerce—it can be a living archive of cultural memory, creativity, and curiosity.
