Art of Victory

Nike has partnered with the Centre Pompidou in Paris to celebrate sport and culture during the 2024 Olympic Games. The collaboration will be marked by the Art of Victory exhibition, which opens on July 24th and highlights the innovation of Nike Air. The project will also offer a series of sports experiences for visitors.

As part of the collaboration, Nike is transforming the façade of the Centre Pompidou into a dynamic canvas featuring groundbreaking sports stories. This visual spectacle reflects the spirit of innovation shared by both Nike and the Centre Pompidou, with the iconic design of the Air Max 1 serving as a historical link.

Tinker Hatfield, the designer behind the Air Max 1, emphasised the importance of boldness and innovation, values that this partnership seeks to celebrate. The collaboration will also include a skateable sculpture, Cycloid Piazza, designed by Raphael Zarka and Jean-Benoît Vétillard, inviting the public to interact with art and sport.

Daily activities outside the museum include running, basketball, football and skateboarding. The Art of Victory exhibition will be open until August 11th, offering a unique experience in the heart of Paris.
