Media artist and hube contributor Refik Anadol will debut Machine Hallucinations: Sphere on September 1, 2023, using Sphere Entertainment’s Exosphere as a canvas. Known for his innovative use of data and machine learning, Anadol’s work has been showcased at renowned venues worldwide.
Machine Hallucinations: Sphere celebrates Sphere Entertainment’s unique architectural structure by using data to create abstract imagery of space and nature. This two-chapter series, referred to as AI Data Sculptures, offers viewers a multisensory journey of light, movement, and colour. The performances will be visible for four months, starting on September 1, 2023, reshaping the Las Vegas skyline and offering a brightly-lit experience for art and technology enthusiasts.
