Bvlgari unveiled its most extraordinary high jewellery collection, Aeterna, at an opulent event in Rome, amidst a remarkable display of artistry and tradition. To celebrate its 140th birthday, Bvlgari has chosen Rome, its birthplace and constant source of inspiration, to showcase over 500 of its finest creations, including jewellery, watches, handbags and ultra-luxurious perfumes.
The spectacular event was held at the Thermae Diocletianum, one of Rome’s most remarkable ancient architectural complexes and open-air museums. The installation Vista Aeterna, designed by the Dutch artist Sabine Marcelis and donated to the City of Rome by the Bvlgari Foundation, was also unveiled on this occasion. This work of art, made up of twelve travertine columns adorned with reflective coloured mirrors, will be on display in the iconic Piazza della España from May 19th to June 15th, 2024. It offers a modern interpretation of Rome’s cityscape and celebrates the radiant beauty of the Eternal City.
The Aeterna collection and the grand event in Rome highlight Bvlgari’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and timeless elegance.
