Immerse yourself in the world of Yohji Yamamoto at the upcoming exhibition Letter to the future at 10 Corso Como in Milan. Curated by Alessio de’ Navasques and organised by 10 Corso Como and Yohji Yamamoto, the project presents a dialogue between iconic runway pieces and current and future collections, offering a unique insight into the designer’s revolutionary aesthetic.
From May 16th to July 31st, 2024, visitors will be able to explore a curated selection of garments that redefine the boundaries of fashion and convey a vision of future and timeless elegance. Set in the industrial yet ethereal space of the renovated gallery at 10 Corso Como, the exhibition layout evokes a sense of pure and universal beauty, inviting viewers to contemplate the relationship between body and space. Through a combination of structured yet ethereal cuts and reassembled pieces, Yamamoto’s work transcends mere fashion and offers a profound exploration of the wearer’s interiority.
