Presented in three poetic acts, the thirty-minute piece examined the body as both subject and canvas—where fashion becomes a language of self-mythology and transformation. As Roth later reflected, the work explores how we see ourselves anew through acts of creation and perception. In Act I, a projected Dior Haute Couture gown by John Galliano, originally exhibited in the Louvre’s Napoleon Apartments, appears in glowing red light. Slowly, it pulses, shifts, and dissolves into white—becoming not just garment but metaphor, a visual dialogue on projection, perception, and change.
