Celebrating key moments in Abramović‘s career, the major exhibition will be held at the Royal Academy of Arts. The display is a major retrospective of Marina’s work. Her iconic performances’ remakes, videos and photographs will be on show until January 1, 2024.
Marina Abramović is one of the most influential performance artists of our time. Her work is renowned for its intensity, physicality, and exploration of the limits of the human body and mind.
The exhibition features archival footage of The Artist is Present, the performance that resonated around the world, Imponderabilia, Nude with Skeleton, Luminosity, and The House with Ocean View, which are being revived with the help of artists from the new generation of today’s creative scene.
The exhibition runs from September 23, 2023, to January 1, 2024. Tickets are available online from the Royal Academy of Arts website.
