Repossi unveils a new collaboration with Crosby Studios, marking a conceptual installation that coincides with the 40th anniversary of the Maison’s flagship boutique at Place Vendôme. On view in Paris until January 26th, 2026, the project opens the first chapter of Repossi’s global celebration, inviting artist and founder Harry Nuriev to reinterpret one of luxury’s most symbolic addresses through his own visual language.
Rooted in shared values of restraint, clarity, and transformation, the collaboration brings together Repossi jewelry and Crosby Studios’ distinctive approach to space and meaning, offering a reflective take on heritage rather than a literal one.
Repossi jewelry: heritage questioned, not displayed
Since 1957, Repossi has continuously reimagined jewelry through the lenses of architecture, modern art, and generational creativity. For this anniversary moment, the Maison grants Crosby Studios carte blanche to approach Place Vendôme as an idea rather than an image. Instead of showcasing the square itself, the installation deconstructs its symbolism, translating notions of value, adornment, and exchange into a series of carefully staged objects.
Boxes reveal poker chips, mirrors, dice, and buttons—everyday items associated with play, chance, and reflection. These elements subtly echo the codes of jewelry without mimicking it, creating a dialogue between preciousness and perception that feels both restrained and conceptually rich.
Transformism as a shared language
At the core of the collaboration lies Transformism, the philosophy developed by Crosby Studios that focuses on reshaping what already exists. Meaning is not imposed but uncovered, allowing overlooked objects to reveal unexpected beauty. This approach mirrors Repossi’s own design ethos, where tradition is refined rather than embellished.
